You can implement the system at your own pace. I recommend you come to all the weekly coaching calls (60 mins), so you can get the support you need.

It's up to you how much time you want to dedicate to it. You can invest two hours a week or ten. The more time you invest, the quicker you'll see results. But if you're worried about time, let me ask you this: what's stopping you from even wanting to make the time to implement the system?
