Mel comes from what she describes as a craptastic background and has dealt with anxiety, depression, and ADHD at different points in her life. But rather than let her past circumstances and challenges hold her back, she decided to take charge of her life and create a joyful life for herself.
Now, she’s on a mission to help younger people break through their self-imposed limiting beliefs, so they can create joyful lives.
